Plank: - Start by getting into a push-up position with your forearms on the ground. - Engage your core and maintain a straight line from your head to your heels. - Hold this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute, gradually increasing the duration as you build strength. - Repeat for 3-4 sets. 2.
